We stayed at Laclos Des Champs for three nights in July, using it as an ideal base to explore the Somme area. The owner greeted us warmly upon arrival and our room was absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was superb, with a delicious variety of options including fresh fruit, homemade jam, and warm bread and croissants. The property itself was beautifully furnished and provided plenty of space to relax both inside and out. Great value for money!
Can recommend this hotel.

Unique house, rural setting, accommodating host, excellent breakfast, private upstairs for our daughter. Cold beers on terrace, beautiful bedroom with thoughtful accessories, amazing breakfast with ample selection. Friendly and helpful host, simple room with wooden walls and a ceiling window, large bathroom but unable to use bath, forgettable due to wonderful breakfast. Greeted by owner, lovely setting, gorgeous room, great value with lots of toiletries.

The moment I stepped into the doors of this delightful retreat, I was captivated by the beautiful house and its tasteful decor. The overall ambiance was peaceful, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel's general areas, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy the facilities. The hosts were incredibly considerate, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and making me feel truly welcomed. The breakfasts were a highlight, with a friendly log fire and a delightful array of fresh options to choose from.
My only suggestion for improvement, especially for fellow senior travelers, would be to have handrails or additional support in certain areas of the hotel. This would provide extra security and peace of mind for older guests.

I absolutely loved my stay at Laclos Des Champs! The room had a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right in my room. The cozy double room also had a tea/coffee maker, which was perfect for my morning pick-me-up. As a business traveler, these amenities made me feel right at home.
Personally, I would have preferred a hairdryer in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion.
